By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right and permission to upload and share the content

You agree not to upload content that:

• infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• is stolen, proprietary, or confidential
• violates applicable law

License Granted to JTDRecipe

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant JTDRecipe a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

• host
• store
• reproduce
• adapt
• modify
• publish
• distribute
• publicly display

such content for purposes of:

• operating the platform
• providing user features
• improving the service
• marketing and promotion

Public Recipe Sharing

Recipes submitted with Public visibility are intended for community use.

By submitting a recipe publicly, you acknowledge that:

• Other users may view, recreate, adapt, or modify the recipe
• Recipes may be saved, shared, or reposted within the platform
• Recipes may appear in search results and recommendation systems

If you do not want content publicly accessible, you must use private visibility options.

Promotional Use of Submitted Recipes

By submitting public recipes, you grant JTDRecipe permission to:

• feature recipes on the homepage
• include recipes in social media posts
• include recipes in promotional videos
• include recipes in marketing campaigns
• reference usernames, recipe titles, and photos

This permission allows JTDRecipe to highlight community contributions and promote the platform.
